    Array Suggestion...

    Hello,

I love using the IonCleanse and my business is growing!

One thing I notice is once I fill the IonCleanse Tub with enough water to cover over the top of the bolt and wing-nut (with the clients feet in the tub)... by the time they are 1/2 way thru their detox, the bubbles and foam are now touching under the top of the array system where the negative & positive Array cord is attached.  Not on the top of the Array but under the top of the Array...

Could you make the Array units just a 1/4" or more taller from the bolt to the top so the bubbles and yuck don't end up touching the bolts that attach the cord?

    Thank you for your consideration!

    Hi Annamarie,

Thank you for your suggestion. We will take that into consideration and see if there are any adjustments we can make.

For the time being, I would suggest filling up your tubs so that the water just reaches the copper bar, do not completely cover the copper bar. Once the client submerses his or her feet, then the water level should be high enough to cover the bar, but low enough so that the bubbles do not touch the under side of the top panel. I think about 2 and 1/4 inches of water should do it.

Let us know if that works for you. Again, thank you for your posting and participation in our forum!
